We bought our bathroom tiles via a very deceiving tradesman. He luckily made a reservation for our tiles with onetile before running away with our money. Stefania from the customer service was amazing in helping us getting the tiles for our project and all information we needed to go to the police. Even though we found out all of this only a few days before the tiles were needed, Stefania made it possible to keep our timeline! Really pleased with the service and an amazing product!

Het was spannend om direct vanuit Italië de tegels te bestellen… Echter heeft Matteo waargemaakt wat hij heeft beloofd!
Super prijs, €20 minder dan in Nederland voor dezelfde tegels, geen verzendkosten en een super service!
De tegels zijn in zeer goede orde ontvangen en helemaal naar wens!

Ik kan ze alleen maar aanbevelen en zal er in de toekomst, indien nodig, zeker nog eens tegels bestellen!

It was exciting to order the tiles directly from Italy to the Netherlands… Matteo delivered what he promised!
Super price, €20 less than in the Netherlands for the same tiles, no shipping costs and a super service!
The tiles have been received in very good order and completely to your liking!

I bought Marvel Dream Bianco Fantastico 75x75cm in white. They are being laid today and I am very pleased with the initial result and quality.
Onetile in Italy answered my enquiry with a quote by 8.30am next morning. The quote put my local supplier to shame, they were charging 3x the price for the same tiles I ordered and lead time on delivery was Feb 2022.
Great communication, fantastic pricing even with the shipping costs.
Goods insured for transportation, delivery from Italy to Scotland was within advised time frame 3-5 weeks, courier delivered on time and was courteous, friendly and no damage to tiles.
Damon was my contact in the UK, happy to answer any questions and did promptly even out of hours, my bank caused unnecessary complication with validity of the company and again Damon could not have been more helpful and patient and he updated us with progress information up to delivery.

Very Happy Customer, Highly Recommended 5 star service.

In today's merchant environment I have managed to discover one business that stands out. Onetile. One of the best surprises that I have encountered recently. Professionalism, courtesy, reliability and among many others: honesty!
Along came the Internet age and everybody is checking everyone else online. So did I and the lack of bad reviews already raised a small red flag in my mind. Not to mention the prices that gave the word "bargain" a new meaning. But let's make a long story short and allow me to say just one more thing: closing a deal with Onetile will probably offer you one of the most rewarding experiences. And keep in mind the task of choosing something as important as the floor tiles without even seeing them live (just think how difficult is for a lady to pick and try a dress, in the store!)
Thanks to Mr. Matteo Durante and his team, his collaborators (carriers included) for their way of conducting their business and the human touch added to this experience.

The perfect experience! Got local offer for tiles we chose, and realized it was too expensive to me. So did research on the web, and found Onetile online shop. Asked for quote, the price was very good. But I was a bit suspicious how the prices could vary that much. Did not believe either that he does not have any negative feedback. Then took the risk and placed the order. All arrived timely, something arrived broken, but the exchange was totally hassle free. Think its kinda included in expensive shipping cost with insurance. I'm more that satisfied! Many thanks!

House renovation in Switzerland
We had embarked in the remodeling of our house in Switzerland and were in great needs of tiles for all kind of purpose. We have found with OneTile an ultra-professional, super responsive, agile and very pleasant company to work with. The choice of tiles was gigantic and the quality of the material quite superior. With a flawless delivery of all the tiles to our house at a very competitive cost, through a transporter, we would recommend OneTile for any serious project of renovation in Switzerland.
Since, in our case, bathrooms are next, there is no doubt we will work again with this very pleasant Italian company. And a special thanks to Matteo Durante, the One Tile collaborator who followed the project from start to finish.

Dealing with Matteo has been a great experience. My husband and I went to an upscale tile store in Toronto, Canada and found a tile that we both liked but with a price we didnt like and a long delivery time also. I contacted Matteo when we were ready to purchase our tiles and he basically held my hand the entire way. He knew that I was concerned purchasing 5000 square feet of tile from a online site and a person I had never met. He took care of all of my hesitations. The price was less than half of what we were quoted in Toronto, the delivery time was less AND they were delivered right to my door. The packaging was very well done and considering how many boxes of tile we received, only a few were broken in transit-very amazing. He offered to send replacements for the broken ones too. Outstanding service, price and customer service. Highly recommended!

Ordered tiles from Matteo recently. We were a little nervous due to the distance - he was based in Italy whilst we were in the UK and weren’t sure how smoothly it would go. Turned out to be an excellent experience and i couldn’t recommend him enough! He was proactive at each step, easy to reach, ensuring we knew when to expect delivery etc and checked that we were happy once the tiles were received- very competitive prices too!

Site très intéressant si vous cherchez du carrelage de qualité à prix très compétitif... je n ai pas trouvé de tarif concurrentiel...
Un service client toujours disponible et réactif, seul inconvénient les discussions se font en italien ou anglais ( pas de français) mais tout se règle parfaitement, de l’aide au choix en passant par les conseils techniques jusqu’à la livraison .. le choix de la date de livraison est possible et a été respectée avec contact téléphonique préalable. L’ensemble de la marchandise est arrivée sans encombre, aucune casse et qualité top ( tous les lots sont bien du même bain ..
Il ne faut pas hésiter si on veux faire quelques économies ( 60% de réduction, livraison comprise, par rapport au prix chez le revendeur local) ou avoir un carrelage haut de game pour le prix d’un carrelage courant..)
