We are currently completing a whole house renovation and so have lots of experience with service providers - OneTile are a cut above the rest. They are responsive (including over public holidays) and extremely helpful.

Their prices are brilliant (quite literally a fifth of the price of the same tiles in a shop in West London) and the tiles arrived in perfect condition and on time. I recommend this business extremely highly to anyone who needs tiles.

My review is linked to onetile.it for some reason but I dealt with onetile.co.uk (which I assume is the same company)!

Rien à redire, Veronica a été une très bonne conseillère et très à l'écoute. La livraison s'est très bien passé et le carrelage reçu correspond exactement à ce que nous voulions. Je recommande Onetile et je remercie encore une fois Veronica pour son travail, irréprochable.

I’m so pleased with our beautiful tiles. The staff were great and delivery only took two weeks. We’re absolutely thrilled. Couldn’t recommend more! Bank transfer no problem either (after I’d scared myself it could be a bogus company). Highly commended 🌟

Nous étions confrontés à des délais très restreints entre la commande et l'installation, cependant, nos fournisseurs habituels n'ont pas été en mesure de nous fournir une réponse. J'ai donc fais une demande sans trop y crois chez onetile et Veronica à su nous trouver le carrelage et nous le faire livrer dans les temps ! Juste parfait ! Conditionnement parfait ! Nous commanderons maintenant tout notre carrelage chez Onetile.

Nachdem wir mit den Fliesen für unsere Badezimmer so begeistert waren haben wir diesmal für unsere Terasse alles über WhatsApp abgewickelt. Auch diesmal sind wir sehr begeistert.: Tolle Beratung, super Lieferung, sehr günstiger Preis und vor allem: ein tolles Fliesenbild.
Heute haben wir die ersten verlegt, sieht toll aus.

This was simply BEST BUY. Veronica is amazing and responds every email so quickly. My tiles travelled from Italy to Poland. 1500eur worth of material and not even 1 tile was broken!!!! Prices very competitive. Do not hesitate to purchase with them.
